1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website digiaura.co.in and any course enrolment or services provided by Spellbound Visual Effects & Animation Pvt. Ltd., operating as DigiAura VFX Academy ("DigiAura", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing our website or enrolling in our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of Website

• You may use this website for lawful purposes only.
• You must not use the website in any way that violates applicable Indian or international laws.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems.
• We reserve the right to restrict access to the website at any time without notice.

3. Course Enrolment

By enrolling in a DigiAura course, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate and complete personal information during registration.
• You are responsible for paying all applicable course fees as communicated at the time of enrolment.
• Course schedules, content, and instructors are subject to change. We will endeavour to notify enrolled students of material changes in advance.
• Attendance requirements, assessment criteria, and certification standards are communicated at enrolment and are binding.

4. Fees and Payment

• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment plans are available subject to prior agreement with our admissions team.
• Fees paid are non-refundable except as provided under our Refund Policy below.
• DigiAura reserves the right to adjust course fees for future intakes. Fee changes do not affect enrolled students.

5. Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund less a processing fee of ₹1,000.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date are not eligible for a refund.
• If DigiAura cancels a course due to insufficient enrolment or force majeure, enrolled students will receive a full refund or credit toward an alternative course.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@digiaura.co.in.

6. Placement Assurance

DigiAura offers placement support and studio referrals to eligible graduates. Placement assurance applies to students who complete their course, meet attendance requirements, and achieve the required portfolio standard as assessed by our faculty. Placement assurance does not guarantee employment at any specific studio or at any specific salary level.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website — including text, images, videos, course materials, and the DigiAura logo — is owned by or licensed to Spellbound Visual Effects & Animation Pvt. Ltd.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
• Student work created during training remains the property of the student, except where it incorporates proprietary production footage provided by DigiAura or Spellbound VFX, in which case that footage remains owned by the respective rights holder.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, DigiAura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or participation in our courses. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or enrolment in our courses after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
